Description
The OEM will not support us to fix the problem therefore we are selling the unit for parts only.
Here is what we know about the system;
- System had a gross leak in the bellows. Bellows was replaced, vacuum system is tight and reached vacuum better than 1E-4 Torr.
- Oil changed in the mechanical, diffusion pumps and drive motor.
- Temperature field on the display show 2 dashes, error log message is “Out of range”.
- No other error messages.
- Temperature sensor and the corresponding circuitry are tested OK, sensor signal traced to the microprocessor on the right, A/D input pin.
- Peltier coolers and their circuitry are OK.
- Temperature sensor calibration sequence Code = “Enter 100 Enter” does not initiate calibration.
- Without temperature reading, the system will not reach ready state. Beckman will not support us to rectify the problem.
The item is for parts or not working condition. It is not tested.

Freight Shipping and Handling
Freight Shipping: Freight shipments are to be arranged by the buyer. Please contact us for estimated weight and dimensions. There is a truck height loading dock at our facility. Local pick up is an option.
Handling Cost: There will be a charge for handling/packing. The cost will be based on the packing method. This item will be packed on a wooden skid. For more information please contact us.
Handling Time: Items are typically ready to ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Blind Shipments: We do not ship blind. All items ship to the address provided in the shipping details section of the sales record.

International Shipping: We ship within the US only and do not want our items shipped outside of the US. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders or other 3rd parties which represent international buyers.
