What to send

  • Photos of the full nameplate (HP, frame, RPM, voltage/FLA, service factor, enclosure, part number).
  • Run/test status: does it spin, was it megged, run hours, and reason for removal.
  • For servo, spindle, and VFD items: exact model/part number and whether the matching drive or motor is included.
  • Quantity, mounting (foot/C-face/flange), and whether it is palletized or crated.
