Calibration status: in-cal with a current, traceable certificate is worth substantially more; out-of-cal but working sells at a discount.

Completeness: original probes, cables, leads, manuals, and cases; missing probes or cal kits lower the offer.

Installed options/licenses: bandwidth upgrades, added measurement personalities, channels, and memory are a large part of value.

Model still supported vs. obsolete: actively supported models with available calibration and parts resell fastest.

Frequency/bandwidth range and spec class: higher-frequency RF and higher-bandwidth scopes command premiums.

Functional condition (in-cal or out-of-cal) plus cosmetic condition; we do not buy non-working or for-parts units.
